Autos & Auctions 2019

Celebrate the amazing Center School District community and support our wonderful teachers at Autos & Auctions, the primary fund raising event for the Center Education Foundation, presented  by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kansas City.

The date is Saturday, March 2, 2019 and the location once again will be at the fabulous Armacost Auto Museum. Highlights include:

  • Dinner provided by the elegant Carmen's in Brookside, featuring a variety of pasta and other original creations.
  • Silent auction with over 100 wonderful items (including plenty of autographed Chiefs items)
  • A full bar featuring all of the standard refreshments to help you enjoy your evening.
  • Presentation of the 2019 Distinguished Alumni Award to Lori Borgman (1972) and Dr. Patrick Caffrey (1973)
  • Live Musical Entertainment 
  • Tours of the Armacost Auto Museuem, containing a private collection of over 80 beautifully restored vintage automobiles

Autos & Auctions raises funds for the Center Education Foundation. The money is used to provide grants to Center teachers to enhance educational opportunities for our students. This event has provided over $300,000 in funds to support grants for that enhance literacy, math skills, engineering, and the arts as well as targeted grants to assist low income families and students.
